This new 2026 Shimano Zodias range combines Shimano's advanced blank technologies with a lightweight, highly responsive design, providing anglers with supreme confidence.
Shimano's Hi-Power X construction uses diagonally wrapped carbon tape to form a series of "X" shapes around the outside of the blank, reducing twist without adding unnecessary weight. This increases casting accuracy and strength.
The new Carbon Monocoque Grip replaces a traditional rear handle with a lightweight hollow carbon construction that provides a more sensitive feel (30% increased sensitivity) to any underwater action.
The Hi-Power X technology reinforces the tips with ultra-fine carbon tape to minimise twisting without affecting their natural action. At the same time, Excite Top uses a unique tapered profile to expand tip movement for improved lure shaking and better visual and tactile sensitivity. Taftec Infinity delivers even greater durability by using three times the winding strength and five times the winding amount of previous Shimano solid tips, creating exceptional strength without compromising sensitivity.

We strive to get our orders out as quickly as possible. To have your order sent out the same day, order by 9am and select 'Jump The Queue' at checkout to push your order to the front of the order processing pile. Orders that cannot be processed same day include orders with bulky items that require shipping via courier, international orders, or orders with missing items.
Orders containing bulky or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.
For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-2 business days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.
We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, except during the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30 am will be sent on Monday.
