All phone or email orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods at a previously quoted price.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order and notify you accordingly. You will always have the option to proceed at the corrected price or receive a full refund.
Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched unless otherwise advised. You will be notified via email if there are any delays to your order.

We endeavour to provide the best prices possible. If you find a lower price on a stocked item from an Australian-based retailer, we will do our best to match it. The following conditions apply:

Gift cards purchased from Fergo's Tackle World are subject to the following conditions:
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
Gift cards may be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated
Gift card balances cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
The following conditions apply to discount codes and promotional offers:
Discount codes and offers generally cannot be used in conjunction with one another. The best applicable discount will be applied to your order
If an automatic discount is applied to your cart and you would prefer a different offer, please note your preference in the order notes or contact us after purchase
Discount codes applied to orders containing oversized items will be taken into account when calculating any subsidised freight charge
We reserve the right to exclude certain products from particular discounts.
