Product pages will state whether the item is a standard item by having 'Standard Item' or 'Free Shipping' displayed below the add to cart button, a bulky item by displaying 'Bulky Item', or an in-store only item by displaying 'In-store Only Item, contact us for help'.

Shipping Costs

NOTE: Sometimes we have to split your order and send multiple parcels, if this happens we will let you know and send through a tracking number for each parcel. When multiple parcels are sent we cannot guarantee that they will arrive at the same time.

Handling Times

Orders placed before 9:30am that contain standard items only will be sent the same day if all items are in stock.

Orders containing bulky or oversized items are sent with a courier and picked up from our store one business day after we process them.

For orders with missing items, we may be able to transfer them from our second store location which can take between 1-3 days. If this happens with your order, we will contact you asap to let you know of the delay.

We do not send items on weekends or public holidays, an exception being the weeks leading up to Christmas. Thus, items ordered on Friday after 9:30am will be sent Monday.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping - 1-6 business days

Express shipping - 1-4 business days

Bulky/oversized item standard shipping - 2-10 business days

NOTE: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, availability of items in your order, or during peak order periods.

Returns

Available up to 3 days after receiving your order provided that all products are unused and they're still in their original condition and packaging.

For change-of-mind returns:

• All return costs are paid by the buyer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
