Saturday is shaping up as the best fishing day this weekend by far with temperatures getting up to a beautiful 28 degrees.

Light northerly’s are forecast during the day with a fresh southerly likely Saturday night that will likely persist till late Sunday arvo.

The swell also is predicted moderate through Saturday, turning rough through the night and on Sunday.

Sea temperature is holding nicely at 19 degrees which is great for potential fish activity this time of year.

Tides are high at 6:30am and again 6:00pm, with the low at midday Saturday and approx. one hour later Sunday.

Peak Solunar fish feeding times for Saturday are 9:20am to 11:20am and again 3pm to 4pm, along with sunrise and sunset of course. Add an hour for Sunday.
